In our industry, peak holiday times can get a little hectic. Because of high order volume, there can sometimes be a handling time of up to two business days on all orders placed on our website. All tracking numbers will be emailed to customers as soon as they are available, and will update once the package has been given to USPS and gathered by the mailstream. Please try to keep this additional handling time in mind when selecting a shipping speed on the checkout page, as the delivery windows given will only apply after the two business day handling times. The sole exception is Express Mail, which leave the business day after they are ordered. Also keep in mind that when it comes to delivery times, a business day is any day, Monday through Friday, that is not a government holiday. We follow the below schedule for order cut-offs to guarantee delivery by December 24th, 2014 (Christmas Eve). We are not in the offices on 12/24 or 12/25 and 1/1/2015.
With the exception of the busier holiday handling times (March, November through December), all of the orders placed on NerdyShirts.com are processed and prepared for shipping on the next business day regardless of the shipping option chosen by the buyer at the time of checkout. Any order placed after 9:00 am on Friday will be prepped and ship out after the weekend on Monday.
For all package delivery times, a 'business day' is considered to be any day Monday through Friday and does not include weekends or public holidays. Please visit USPS.com for a full list of Federal Holidays to see when mail will not be delivered. Please keep in mind that because most of our products are printed to order, there can be a small delay in the processing and shipment time. With that said, we have rarely seen orders that have come in outside the shipping estimate windows seen below.
Also be advised that the Express Mail package may require a signature upon delivery. As a company, NerdyShirts.com and parent company CrazyDogTshirts.com are not responsible for packaged goods that have not been delivered at the extimated time because the United States Post Office holding a package when delivery is attempted on an order and not received. In this event, USPS can hold the package at the post office if the intended recipient isn't available at the time of delivery.
Parent company CrazyDog T-shirts can fufill Domestic and APO (Military Mail), as well as International orders. Depending on your order size and your personal delivery location, the order that you place may be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. If your country does impose taxes on these kind of imports, you should be aware that those import taxes are not covered by the postage charge on your order with CrazyDog T-shirts Inc, and you will be required to pay them to receive your package at your local post office. It is unlawful to request that we as the provider of these goods change any information on all or part of your order to in order to avoid the payment of these taxes.
All Domestic (US) orders will be emailed a tracking number to the email address provided at the time of purchase. You can use this tracking number to determine the location and estimated delivery time on your package by visiting the USPS.com Track & Confirm page. Please note that USPS can take up to 12 hours after the order is shipped to provide accurate tracking information.
Orders placed after 9am on Friday will ship the next business day (Monday), regardless of the shipping option chosen.
Every single International First Class orders are provided a Customs Declaration Number to identify your package at Customs, which is different than a Domestic Tracking number. Please do not use this number to track on USPS.com as USPS will not track International Packages. Canadian Priority mail will be provided a partially trackable Customs Declaration Number that will allow for the recipient to determine if the package has cleared Canadian Customs, however USPS will not track the order past this point.
In our exhaustive effort to protect each of our customers from all types of Identity Theft, we take the time to examine every single order placed on our website to help screen out and prevent any and all fraudulent purchases. Due to these increased security measures, you may receive an e-mail from our Customer Service department attempting to verify the validity of your order. This can be more prevalent with larger website orders. As a part of this procedure, you will most likely be asked to verify specific information on your order that will help us to determine if it is a legitimate order or not.

For the security of our customers, we are currently not able to change the shipping address of any order placed via PayPal. If you require a PayPal order to be shipped to a different address, please make the applicable change in your PayPal account before placing and finalizing your order.
Please remember that the USPS often experiences delays during the busy holiday season, sometimes adding up to several days. We strongly advise you to plan your purchase appropriately when keeping this in mind. Orders during this time frame are processed as soon as they come in, and in most circumstances are not able to be cancelled or changed after the order is placed. Tracking numbers are emailed to our customers as soon as possible, however during the November & December holiday season, orders may not physically leave our facility for shipping until 3-4 business days after the order was placed. In those instances, the stated shipping windows will apply after the package has left our facility. We do offer extended holiday season hours and work tirelessly to make sure that your order leaves our headquarters as soon as possible.
