WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY?
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order from NerdyShirts you may return it in it's original condition and we'll gladly exchange it or give you a refund.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FOR AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND?

Please ensure that the item is it's original condition, unwashed and unworn.

In your return package please include a cover note with:
a) Your order number
b) If you would like an exchange or a refund
c) If you would like an exchange please clearly state which item/s (including size/gender/colour etc) you'd like in return.

HOW LONG DO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES TAKE TO PROCESS?

There are several variables with returning, exchanging and refunding orders. The amount of time it takes for the item to be delivered to us depends on the shipping method you choose and the refund process can take several days depending on your bank, it's country and non banking days e.g. weekends and holidays.

Once the item has arrived at our warehouse we process refunds and exchanges within 3 days, however please allow transit time to us and please allow your bank time to process the refund (up to 7 days).

If you requested an exchange we will send you an email once we've processed the new item.

If you request a refund we will email you once we have initiated the request with your original payment provider.
