How long should it take for my order to arrive?
We do our best to ship out orders as soon as they arrive. Most US orders are delivered in 2-3 days. Some orders can take up to a week. International orders can take a little bit longer since once it leaves the US, local post office of the shipping country delivers it. International orders generally take 5-10 days but can take up to 2 weeks. If you order seems like it's taking more time than normal, please contact us.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to all countries the United States Postal Service ships to. Click here for a complete list of countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties/fees. Unfortunately this is standard in overseas shipping and we cannot prevent it.
Can I return/exchange my order?
You may return a product for refund, store credit, or exchange within 30 days of the order shipment date (the order shipment date and order notification are provided to you by email), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original condition, that means, unwashed, and unworn.
If we shipped you the wrong product, or it arrived defective or damaged, we're sorry. Sometimes even WE make mistakes. Please contact us right away. We will refund you for your purchase, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original condition, that means, unwashed, unworn in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, software, etc., where applicable.
If you ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or simply changed your mind, we will refund you for your purchase (minus the shipping cost), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, etc., where applicable, provided your purchase is in "as-new" condition, and the purchased product was not noted as a clearance, close-out or non-returnable item. When your return is received, you will be issued a refund to your credit card or an email gift certificate (store credit) for the merchandise only. (Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective merchandise). Please contact

Do you ship to military addresses?
We ship to all military addresses. Please make sure you address your mail properly so it will be routed through the military mail system. Military addresses must show the grade, full name with middle name or initial, and PSC number, unit number, or ship name. Replace the city name with "APO " or "FPO," and the state with "AA," "AE," or "AP," and use the military zipcode. Regardless of the country you are stationed in, the country you should always select is United States. Entering a foreign country will only delay your package.
You can enter your grade, first name, and middle initial in the First Name field. Organization name should be included if you have it; however, it is not always used for certain types of forces. Unit number is a four digit number assigned to some units, but not all. Where assigned, it should always be used. Soldiers will have notified friends and family if they have one assigned. Our system only accepts a five digit zipcode. Do not enter the additional 4 digits.
